I think the focus should be on the domain of activity: "sky pirate" in skies, "sea pirate" on seas.

How about "lo pu'u pensi" or "lo zu'o pensi"?
I would say "do simsa mi lo nu pensi". The official restriction of the x2 to "ka/ni" is not useful, in my opinion. (Note also that "mi" can mean multiple speakers.)
