German: "Das ist gehupft wie gesprungen" (that is [i.e., it's the
same] hopped as jumped)

The first is notable for the form "gehupft" which only occurs in that
idiom, I think; the standard would be "gehüpft" with umlaut. I presume
"hupfen" is a dialect form.
