My German Duden dictionary is like your no/sv ones: pronunciation is
indicated (in IPA) only for (portions of) words that are irregular.

It does always mark the stressed vowel, though (since that's
predictable, and can be phonemic): underdot for "stressed short
vowel", under-macron for "stressed long vowel".
