Agree to a lojban IRC-based RP.
But as far as the MUD/MOO is concerned, i have one small suggestion.
If you aren't going for multiplayer, an Inform based text adventure
can be created for single player.

Somewhat like the Lojban Kids show.
And i'm in favor of fixing the MOO. I'm actually in favor if somehow
it can be written again. Maybe by assigning a team to do it.I'd myself
be interested.
