They're held often whenever somebody asks for them, and usually by
myself, kribacr, or anybody that's willing to hop on into ##ckule for
a while. I'm usually on, and usually willing to give lessons, so feel
free to ask me or any of the other IRC-dwellers for a lesson.

Also, Lang-8 is another medium in which I can teach people.
