I must admit that I selfishly started under the assumption that a
children book would have been easier to translate but I really hope
that the result will be useful for newcomers that might start testing
their lojban reading something simpler and then moving to more complex
texts.

It seems that we ended up on the fu'ivla "braxiura" for now.

I'm not sure how they differ. I understood that "ba'o" is "in the
aftermath of ...". I tried to render "... you will be moved after the
shot".

Logical connectives are something I did not quite get yet....

I plan to revisit the translation once I will be more proficient in
Lojban and will try to incorporate your suggestions too.
