I would use the suffix -kansa rather than the prefix kan-, at least if
you want the place structure to be "x1 co-works with x2 on activity x3
with goal/objective x4". "gunkansa":"ko'a kansa ko'e ko'i noi gunka
ko'o".
I was assuming a structure of x1 works on x2 with goal x3 along with x4. To me the fact that he was a worker was more germane than that he was doing it along with someone. But really, I think both concepts are equally importnat.
