My understanding of what the PEG grammar currently does is consider
ba'e bu to be a letteral, and not an emphasized BU.  If it was an
emphasized bu, {ba'e bu} shouldn't parse and {.alyn. ba'e bu} should
be the letteral .alyn., neither of which are PEG-true.

I'm totally happy for {ba'e bu} to be a letteral.  If it is, the Magic
Words page should just say that.

If this is a contest, I would rather {ba'e bu} be an emphasized {bu}
and we (I) should fix the parser to handle it that way.
