Yeah, I think if I were going to translate the idea it'd be something like:

when it's dicussion time, the room is full of participants.

But when it's doing time, everyone in the room vanishes.

(which is also not an untrue comment about the jbocecmu most of the time ;) )

Honestly, I could hardly make sense of this sentence, can you please help?

As for the second sentence :

       An        event-of        do        :        all        persons        a        room                disappear

It doesn't make much sense for me either.

It looks like I got something wrong, please help! :)
