I strongly disagree with your last sentence. You're free to presume
whatever you want about Lojban but the mere existence of the
emotionals in Lojban speaks against your presumption.

If you're looking for a way to eliminate emotions and will find
suitable to use Lojban for it, I'm very happy for you. Lojban is so
powerful it can be surely used this way.

Saying that one of the design principle of Lojban was to eliminate
emotions from communications is false or, at very least, extremely
misleading.
