Re: [lojban] a fourth "we" in English?



The problem of figuring out the outer limits of a team (collective 
achievements).  I live in St. Louis, where "We won" has been screaming since 
whenever it was last week.

It seems there are many versions. The one I knew is "aramos dijo el
mosquito, al buey que partía el terrón", but I found one in English:
"And so we plough along, as the fly said to the ox" from Longfellow:

It says it's from "Chispa, in The Spanish Student, act 3, sc. 6
(1840)" so I wonder if Longfellow got it from Spanish.
