Most gismu unambiguously carve out a single semantic space, but a
fairly broad one. It's very easy, in Lojban, to be unambiguous but
vague.

I'd be inclined to coin a short fu'ivla referring to the color scheme,
define it precisely, and then use its rafsi. For example, for giving
all colors hex values based on HTML color codes, you could coin the
fu'ivla ".y'ytmle" or something (that's a nonce word being used as an
example; I don't know if there is a standard fu'ivla for HTML, and
that one is pretty ugly), then refer to colors in your color space as
".y'ytmlyskari," with specific colors being things like
".y'ytmlyxu'e."
