You've written it as for {noi}, that is, two independent sentences being jammed 
together.  For {poi} you need to make the {blabi} sentence a part of the 
description of the dog(s) -- or, rather the {cadzu} one, as you have it here.  
It is hard to give a restrictive relative clause in separate senence form.

In other words: What would be the default implicit restrictiveness of
the main bridi, if any?
