Syllables with apostrophes do count. Syllables whose nucleus is just "y" do
not count, unless they're the last syllable (which never occurs in brivla).
Consonantal syllables don't count at all. The correct stress is "rodbO'e".
A diphthong counts as only one syllable, even if pronounced as two, thus the
stress of "spatrxapio" is "spatrxApio" even if you pronounce
it "spat,r,xa,pi,o". (The same applies in Spanish, by the way. "apio" is
stressed on "a". And some past tenses of verbs ending in "-ió" are pronounced
with "-i,ó".)
