Well, judge for yourself, I pushed the pdf to http://v4hn.de/files/cll.pdf I don't really know what it is supposed to look like, but e.g. the IPA page 35 looks fine to me. The "alternative orthographie" section would look much better if you included the actual Tengwar characters by the way :) Annatar for example is a pretty nice open font for Tengwar. I just recently used it to write some lines in lojban. I use a fairly unknown linux distribution called Lunar Linux[1]. We run texlive 20120701 and I'm not aware of modifying anything really.
