  Ah... I hadn't considered that.  I was thinking the intent was "jmive ke zdani citka", not "jmive zdani citka", which is why I thought the jmive unnecessary  Still, as a lujvo, of course, we can restrict the definition as much as we want from the underlying veljvo, but the the point is well-taken.  (But, yes, metaphorically, Hansel and Gretel were parasitic on the house).
