Well, it's a wiki. A wiki used by only one person will always be that person's personal plaything. If more people contribute, it won't be.
Also, it's a(nother …) wiki hosted on 'the official website'. That's a resource that the community can use if it so chooses. If you don't want the wiki to be a 'Gleki wiki', then you can always contribute.
While, naturally, I may not agree with Gleki on everything he puts there, or rather, not find the same aspects of Lojbanism interesting as he does, I think the wiki is a potentially useful and fun thing. If I had more things to say about Lojban than I actually have, I'd be more active there.
