Because the point of the game is to 1: Translate sentences INTO Lojban from other languages; and 2: Rate the success of others' translations.
It's different from Tatoeba because it's not a translation reference, it's a game. It's not meant to provide users with references for how to say something in another language, it's meant to challenge players to do the translation themselves, with scores provided by the other players.
That's why the name is Jboselkei: "Lojban language game".
