Re: [lojban] [oz] Collaborative Errata

I only click on Star button in such documents,
then open https://drive.google.com/#starred once i a while, sort the items by modification date and see if any new bold items appear.

Another way is that i get notified only about new comments to google docs i create. may be there is a way to enable other notification but this is the only that works by default for me. It might be necessary to make him an admin of that document by explicitly adding his email to the list of contributors.

Glad you appreciated it. With respect to automatic notifications, maybe someone else has a better idea, but for now I can notify you in private after finishing a number of chapters.

I am reading the wonderful The Wonderful Wizard of Oz translation by
selpa'i, and decided to share the simple mistakes I found in the
translation, so that selpa'i can fix them. The file can be accessed and
edited via

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EZL03zPsuSkTaP3RrC_YTQR9WERwx_IAMHc66R38i4M/edit?usp=sharing

This is a simple spreadsheet working as a poor man's issue tracker, with
4 columns to describe the problem, and one to be used by selpa'i alone
to check if they were incorporated in the translation as suggested, with
cahnges, or if they are not mistakes at all.

That's an interesting idea. Some people have sent me typo-lists in private, but this is also good.

I have so far included my items for the first chapter.

I have corrected them now.

(I'd like to get automatic notifications when someone else edits the spreadsheet, but I couldn't get it to work)

I will start non-trivial discussions based on the translation in other
conversations.

That's exactly what I was hoping for.

I think it is best to start different threads for
different topics. I apologize if anyone find that inconvenient.

I think it makes sense to e.g. discuss tense interactions in one thread and abstractor use in another.

Thank you for caring about the text.
