So, with {ci da} in 1, we get something like "There are three people I want to run for governor" (I tell you wo I mean and why I want them to run, say).  Case 3 is "I want three people t rn for governor" (I don't much care who they are but a three-way race is more interesting, say).

this sounds like a translation of {mi djica tu'a lo ci co'e}.

What case 2 like?  The {da} ranges over the home universe, not that of the Wunschwelt, but is somehow also influenced by the wishing.

Sorry for intervening but what are the three levels of {tu'a}? Could you please illustrate them via an example?

I meant:   [level 1 zo'u] mi djica lo po'i [level 2 zo'u] ke'a du'u [level 3 zo'u] da co'e


The correct placement of "ci da", as we usually understand it, is in level 3.
