Of course one could say 
* {lo se nei cu lumci mi} = useless
*{mi klama lo te nei la bastn} = why not {ri}?

However, are there any pragmatic examples where {lo SE nei} would create conciseness or would be highly desirable?

I wouldn't call it highly desirable, but I suppose you can have things like "mi prami lo se nei be do", "I love those you love".
