I often pronounce the syllabic 'r' as in English "badgers", but you can also
roll it. Try saying "Strč prst skrz krk". (Don't actually strčiť prst skrz
krk. Just say it.) The 'r' is used as a syllable nucleus, and as far as I
know, it's rolled.
The other syllabic consonants are 'n', 'l', and 'm', of which 'm' is not used
as an interfix. They should be easier to pronounce.
