[lojban] Would anyone like to help me design a Lojban proficiency test?

I have a database schema, but I'd like to discuss it with someone. In 2015, 
Brian Wernham came to jbonunsla with NooLearn, and we entered some test 
questions. But I think that NooLearn is missing some features that we should 
have in a proficiency test:
*Choose m out of a set of n questions, where m<n.
*Present a passage of text, followed by a set of questions about the passage
(reading comprehension).

Anyone who'd like to discuss it, please let me know and join the lojban-
