is for completed community work. It doesn't say that completed
individual work has to be blue. Almost all of my sections are
completed and waiting to be checkpointed, but they are in black. At
the top of the page it says that you should feel free to work on _red_
sections, not black ones. But I don't really claim to fully understand
what the system is supposed to be. If people want to work on one of my
sections, I don't have a problem with that, but then please remove my
name as shepherd for the section.

Here's what you do:
For the colors, Blue means "completed but not voted on"; you should mark any section that appears finished blue. Green means "completed and voted on"; please do not touch those!
