I looked for it, but I couldn't find it. It may well be that it never
received an actual form, i.e. we may only have discussed the
possibility of creating such a cmavo. It was years ago, and searching
the list archives is no easy task unless you know exactly what words
were used.

In any case, I don't think it can be made to work at the formal
grammar level. The choice of what the whole text to parse is will
still remain a meta-choice, even if there is a cmavo that helps
whoever makes the choice in making that choice.
