Irrelevant. "djarspageti" does not begin with CVC, CCVC, or CVCC. I don't 
think "fi'ergado" should be equivalent to "finprgado"; I think it should be a 
type-4. I do think that "fiprgado" should be equivalent to "finprgado".

The rules are reliable with CVC rafsi, but not with CCV or CVV. A type-3 
beginning with a CVC rafsi begins with CVC followed by two letters (RC) that 
cannot appear at the beginning of a brivla. Since a rafsi cannot begin with 
RC, CVCRC... is not a lujvo. Since a brivla cannot begin with CRC, CV cannot 
fall off. And since CVCRC does not begin with CCV, it is not a slinku'i.

I think that the wording should be changed from "CCV and CVV aren't reliable" 
to "CCV and CVV aren't used to make type-3". Once we have fixed all the 
inconsistencies, of course.
