It does cause occasional confusion, much like 2 and 3 being "zwei" and
"drei" through historical sound changes (they don't rhyme in many
dialects).
For clarity, the pronunciations of "Juno" and "Julei" are sometimes
used (and "zwo" vs "drei" for the numbers), so the similarity is felt
to be a disadvantage at times.
