That means "everything named 'February'".  Unfortunately, there are Aprils
that are not months but women.

It's only a part of the problem.
Another one is

ca pa februari
ca pa lo februari
ca lo pa februari

But thus fails with {la} since {la pa februari} is one single name without any internal quantifiers.
