Maybe there isn't a better place, because numbers are spread out into many sections.

I'm not sure there ever was a consensus on whether "pi mu lo broda" means half a broda or half the brodas. The first one is sometimes tempting, although it has nothing to do with logical quantification. The second one is more like a true quantifier, but it also probably has its issues. Then it's also not clear whether there is any difference between "pi mu lo broda" and "pi mu broda".
