I think the meaning is:
x1 krici lo du'u x2 ka'e fasnu .ije x1 na djuno lo du'u xukau x2 ca'a
fasnu .ije x1 zmanei lo
nu x2 ca'a fasnu kei lo nu x2 na ca'a fasnu
I don't think I have ever seen any use of pacna for a case where x1
believes that x2 actually has happened/is happening/will happen.
