Sorry, I was ambiguous. I did not mean

"do you want the Lojban language to be developed by people who don't
know what Lojban is?"

I meant

"do you want to restrict Lojban language development to only those
people who know what you mean when you use words like 'repository',
'revision control system', 'git', 'mercurial' or 'darcs'?"
