There is no particular requirement that either cevni or crida be intelligent (or have personalities).
Those who see gods as impersonal forces would certainly not describe them as prenu. Likewise nature spirits might or might not be seen in this light. Of course, until we have a Lojbanist who has such beliefs, we won't know for sure %^)
