Not that I know, no.
Discussion should probably not take place on the page itself but rather
on the discussion forum that each page has. The page might contain
just the conclusions (if any).
You can set it up so that you receive all posts from discussion fora
in your mailbox, but I can't seem to find how to do that. I also used
to receive an announcement every time someone edited a wiki page,
but lately I don't anymore, and I can't find how to change my settings
for that either. That was useful to keep up with what was going on
on the wiki.

Maybe "zo gleki" or "gismu: gleki" would make more sense, since
the page would be about the word "gleki", not about being happy,
and there are already some pages named with gismu that are not
about the gismu.
It may also be useful to have a central page describing the project
and where all pages can be linked from.
