ui coi .itsik.Yes, the {pei} is needed to make it a question. {e'a} is the additudinal for "approval". And {pei} is a sort of "fill in the CAI" question. CAI is the selma'o for intensity markers, which lets the other person respond with things like {nai}, {ru'e}, and {sai}.
Without {pei}, it would be a statement meaning something like "(I approve of the fact that) I play the computer game."
