"kamtsa" is a single word, a lujvo. "ka tsali kei" is a construction
that functions as a tanru unit. Their meaning is basically the same,
but they might interact differently with other words in a sentence.
The terminator "kei" can sometimes be left out, depending on what
comes after it.
