The project is lead by Xelan, so if you want to help you may want to contact him. :) However translating the CLL is a long-term undertaking; beginning by translating the Wave Lessons, which are much shorter and more beginner-friendly, is probably a better idea. With regard to vocabulary, there is a good amount of gismu already translated, if I remember correctly.
