krici does not require that there be no rationale for the belief, it is belief independently of there being a rationale for it or not: ro da ro de zo'u ga nai da jinvi de gi da krici de

_Roughly_ speaking, "krici" is a superset of "jinvi", which in turn is a superset of "djuno":

krici > jinvi > djuno
belief > justified belief > justified true belief
 
Mooli has presumably pretended before about fantastical things, and what are the odds he is talking about a real tiger?  Nonetheless, if others on this list think krici (or sruma) is more appropriate, please weigh in.)

I would say "jinvi" is ok in this example.
