CLL 10.19 says that CAhA tenses are indeterminate if not specified (something which occasionally confuses me).  It says {ta jelca} can mean either "That burns" or "That's flammable".  I would take that to mean that {lo cifxrula (to noi na ca'a xrlua toi) (to'i nu'o toi) xrula}.  Is that wrong?  Does that mean that {lo jelca} can be either something burning or something flammable?

Apologies for not responding in lojban; I'm sick and my lojban's not that good yet.
