There are one and only one (unrestricted ∀x) in the (universe ∪ outside of it). That one is very rarely used by humans. So, it is logical to use a bit longer "word" for it, freeing nice and short "roda", for much more common things. So, we could coin the lujvo, say "roldza", and use "ro da poi roldza" to explicitly state the universal discourse domain.
