That reads more like "cooperative house", since "zdani" is the head of
the tanru.

Not quite, that asks if you're a member of the house!  "xu do cmima lo
zdani cecmu" would be better, are you a member of the house community,
or just "xu do cecmu zdani cmima", are you a community house member.
