[lojban-beginners] Lojban for "Housing Cooperative"

Would this be a correct and clear enough tanru to mean a housing cooperative? [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Housing_cooperative]

{ cecmu zdani }

[A community kind of lair]

...and then, assuming that's an acceptably clear tanru, would is it right/sensical to say:

{ .i xu do cmima lo vi cecmu zdani ku }

[True/false: you are a member of set( this-nearby communal lair )]

to mean "Are you a member of this housing cooperative?"
