When I received this, I had already begun typing a lengthy reply directly to
Robin because, interesting though the topic was, I did not want to hijack
the mailing list for a personal conversation.
The reason I found your post particularly entertaining is that I had
independently arrived at a very similar conclusion... But, in my case, I
had... N'mind--I'll post it here for your amusement, as it appears that the
subject is sufficiently close to "logical language beginners" to merit
inclusion... After all, if you can upgrade the processes used by the brain
through language, why stop there?
