What you have is correct, but the {ku} is not really needed there.
If you include all terminators, it would look like this:

{lo temci be le nu vecnu vau kei ku bei le mokca be ti be'o ku be'o ku}

i.e.:

{lo temci-be-(le (nu (vecnu vau) kei) ku)-bei-(le mokca-be-ti-be'o ku)-be'o ku}
