{le do ka tolcando} would have been fine. The problem is that the sumti
in the LE <sumti> <selbri> construction cannot have an outer quantifier.

{le ro do} is also a valid sumti without outer quantifier, so
Michael's suggestion
also works.

Yes, and {le pe ro do ka tolcando} is yet another possibility.
