[lojban-beginners] Re: Vocabulary

So, following three responses, this is my understanding of how cmevla and lujvo enter the langauge:

CMEVLA

1) Anyone can create these, but these must follow the morphology rules for cmene stated in Chapter 4 of the Reference Grammar (please note, though, the word "cmevla" does not appear there).
2) Their subsequent acceptability to the lojban community is determined by general usage i.e. they will be ignored, used by everybody or something in between.
3) In any case, they do not enter a cmevla list or dictionary i.e. lojbanists need to remember them, note them down individually or whatever.

LUJVO

1) Jovblaste is a respository of words that are either awaiting approval by voting or have been approved. It does test submitted words for grammatical correctness (although there are some problems, according to Pierre).
2) Robin decides who gets a Jbovlaste account. Anybody with an account can vote.
3) Once a new lujvo is approved by the voting process, it becomes official - which means (if I understand Pierre) that it enters the official baselined lists in gimste, mao'ste and CLL.

First of all, please confirm my understanding is correct.

The inevitable questions are:
1) Robin, how do you decide who gets an account? I assume that I would not as I am only a beginning beginner.
2) How many votes must be received before the lujvo becomes official? If number of votes is not the determing factor, what is?
3)The lists referred to above seem to be for gismu and cmavo - so where are the official lujvo?
4) Where do I find the CLL list? I thought the CLL is the same as the online Reference Grammar, and there is no word list there.

Define "submit". You can coin a cmevla any time you like; the
question is whether anyone else will know what you mean. For
proper names, this isn't expected anyways, so it's not usually been
a problem.

> - Can anybody submit a new lujvo?

The most central source for lujvo is jbovlaste.lojban.org, and no,
it is access restricted. Bear in mind, however, that jbovlaste is
no The Official Source or anything; you can coin new words whenever
you like, it is, again, just a question of whether anyone else will
understand them.

> - Who has the authority to vote?

People who have been approved by me, simply because I'm the one who
runs the site.

> - How long does it take?

As long as it takes the person to enter the word.
