I see what you're saying, when we assume that a precondition of
expressing something is that there be an audience who you intend to
'make note.'

I guess what I have in mind is something difficult to express in
English. In Chinese there are a slew of common everyday verbs
{叮、叮嘱、嘱咐、打发} and particles {哦、噢、哈} that denote/mark an attitude of
exhortation or reminder, and I don't know how to express this
distinctly in lojban, which is unsettling to me.

English does have 'never mind' which I feel is a complimentary sort of
sentiment (which also has many common Chinese realizations:
算了、罢了、没关系、不要紧、不用管、别碍事. So to continue this dialectic inquiry, are
there any other ways other than { ju'inai } which people use to
express 'never mind?' By the way, it seems polysemous or nonstandard
to { ju'inai } for that, according to the definitions on the official
lists.
