No! In many languages, English among them, there is a word for the reuse
of a melody just because the melody is there, with no idea of a
spoofing a song or anything. Just like you change the name in Happy
Birthday. And as Alekseiy says, the word is "parody" in a less common
but perfectly acceptable meaning. Ditto for the guy with the brainpower.
