Yes, there is about the same difference between
{pe'i} and {jinvi} as between {ui} and {gleki}.

All this proves is that go'i refers to the bridi, and not to the UI. I
agree. But my issue is not that UI are not bridi, but that UI are not?
assertions.

Maybe we have a different understanding of what an assertion is.
How can you have an assertion without a bridi? Is a smile an
assertion to you?
