I've tried to use "x1 says x2 for audience x3 via expressive medium
x4", and found it to be irritating/boring. So, I've formatted this to
something like(just ignore that weird symbols, the formatting
matters):

>текст
>аудитории
>способом

where "line number" is used for sumti place enumeration. That gives
almost instant reading/parsing and recalls the whole concept at once.
The recognition of "SE selbri" remains somewhat "untrained" , but it
can be considered good thing, as the "other then first" places often
have too similar terse translations, so, learning them separately
would confuse the memory.
