[lojban] Currency units

Perhaps not as important as languages and countries, but since we're
doing ISO codes, there's also currency units:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217

These are three letter codes, and the obvious gismu to use as prefix
is "rupnu" (rafsi "rup" and "ru'u").

For codes that start with a vowel, prefix rupn-:

AOA (Angolan kwanza) -> rupna'o'a
EUR (euro) -> rupne'u'ru
UYU (Uruguayan peso) -> rupnuje'u
USD (United States dollar) -> rupnusudu

For codes that start with a consonant, prefix ru'ur-

COU (Colombian unidad de valor real) -> ru'urcu'o'u
CAD (Canadian dollar) -> ru'urcu'adu
CVE (Cape Verde escudo) -> ru'urcuvu'e
JPY (Japanese yen) -> ru'urjupuje

For codes that start with r (only four in all) prefix ru'un-

RON	(Romanian new leu) -> ru'unru'onu
RSD	(Serbian dinar) -> ru'unrusudu
RUB	(Russian rouble) -> ru'unru'ubu
RWF	(Rwandan franc)  -> ru'unruvefu

mu'o mi'e xorxes
